Biczo is able to combine a background in enhancing interpersonal behaviour with its application within a business context.<\/p>\n<p>On completing his executive coaching qualification at Cambridge University, he was selected to represent the University as a coach for winners of the Queens Awards for Enterprise.<\/p>\n<p>He is trilingual (English, German and Hungarian) and was able to apply that skill during EU-project work that was the initial impetus for the development of Form8\u00ae.<\/p>\n<p>He has been honoured with a lifetime membership of the London Chamber of Commerce and
